Sending email to inactive users?

    Hi team,
    Does this plugin have a feature that can send email to users that haven’t logged in for over certain days?

  • Hi michaeledi,

    No, the free iTSec plugin does not include such feature. However the iTSec Pro plugin includes the User Security Check module.

    It’s an always-active type of module with the following description:

    The User Security Check module sends a list of users who have not been active in the last 30 days so you can consider demoting or removing users.

    Visually it adds an Inactive Users entry (notification) to the list of email notifications under the Notifications menu option.

    Do note the email notification gets send to the (selected) admin(s) of the site. It’s not send to individual users.

    The default period of 30 days can be customized using the itsec_inactive_user_days filter.
