Sending email on the date of the pages

Hello to everyone, i’m trying to create a system for sending personalized email but do not know how to do.
In this website i need to create many pages, inside each one there’s a string like “Last Backup: DATE” and i manually write the date, well, at this time i’d like to find a way to send an alert through email IF this field DATE has not changed in the last 7 days.

For ex:

Page Test1: Last Backup 20/10/2014
Page Test2: Last Backup 12/10/2014
Page Test3: Last Backup 11/10/2014

Email to me:

“Attention, pages “Test2, Test3, were not checked in the last 7 days”

Think it is possible to create something like this?
