sending email does not work

  • Hi,
    I followed all of your instructions but it still does not work. The connection is successful but the task schedular still says it is not working, this is the error:cURL error 35: error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure. Please help me.

    Sorry to hear about the technical problem you’re having. The cURL error 35 means that the cURL function is having problems connecting to your site. Curl uses different SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates to make this connection. And because there can be different causes for this error to appear, in most cases we suggest updating both cURL and PHP to a newer version.

    If the problem still persist, the best action would be contact your hosting company so they can check for other causes.
