Sending email after “Cancelled order”

    When the payment failed, it is suppose to sent out an email. “Cancelled order” email works for my other payment gateways, but not GoURL.

    When customer failed to sent bitcoin after placing order, i want to send an email out to them. But it is not working for GoURL. How to make this work and sent out emails after “Cancelled order” ?
