sending email about points earned

    Hi,

    Please guide as how to setup emails which will contain information about the total points earned by customer. Our integration is bit different as we sell products via mindbody but we manage points earned in wordpress. We do not offer any rewards from wordpress site (so rewards emails are not our requirement). Our simple requirement is to know how to configure “Points earned” email (how to add the total points earned and html template) and then send it weekly to all customers. I want to send this email separately to customers every week. Please guide.
