Hello I’d like to use this plugin for unregistered users to send support email but I don’t understand how can I make the plugin send me an email when a user (not registered) send a ticket.

Is this possible only with premium version or there’s something I’ve to set?

    Thanks!

    Hi:

Unregistered users cannot add tickets. There are two ways to do that though – both involve premium options:

    1. The GUEST TICKETS option allows a ticket to be submitted by a user without registering. It automatically creates an account for them in the background which means each user can only use it once. Then, they’ll have to log in to submit subsequent tickets. GUEST TICKETS

    2. You can use GRAVITY FORMS to create a custom ticket form and our GRAVITY FORMS BRIDGE to map the data our ticket system. It has an option to allow a user to submit tickets without logging in – with our without an account. GRAVITY FORMS BRIDGE

If you need to know more about these premium options please drop us a note using our contact form: https://getawesomesupport.com/contact/

www.remarpro.com doesn’t like us to discuss premium add-on issues on this forum.

    Thanks!

    Hi:

Check out the options under TICKETS->SETTINGS->REGISTRATION tab.

    Thanks.
