Hi, could you explain me more clearly what’s the desired behavior? The WP Mail SMTP is just an SMTP plugin that connect the blog to the SMTP service, once active every plugin will send email via that service. The email you need to be sent on subscription should be addressed to the subscriber?

If you have seen WPForms plugin, a form entry can be emailed to anyone (the website owner) on form submission. This can be done for multiple forms, and an entry to that respective form will be emailed. Is it possible to replicate this behavior through Newsletter plugin.

Not exactly: when there is a submission (in our case a subscription), if you enable the notification you can specify a single email address where the data is sent. That notification can be enabled in the subscription configuration (not the form configuration).
