    I’ve created a custom product field with the Booster plugin.

    The field is also processed in the order and cart overview page.

    The custom field does not get processed in the admin and customer e-mail though.

    How can I have my custom field processed in the e-mail templates? I really tried searching for hours..

  • Also having the same problem, have contacted the plugin developers with no response – not good considering I’m a premium user!!

    Exact same problem, really need an answer!!! I would like the custom fields to appear in the e-mail templates but can’t seem to work out what shortcodes to use and where to put it. I can work around by inputting the custom fields thru the cart but each product has a different set of fields relevant to it.

    Sorry for the delay. I’ve just rechecked on my server and unfortunately couldn’t reproduce the issue – product input fields are added to both emails for me. It’s in order items table. Could any of you please contact me on [email protected] for further support?
