Sending custom post types to firebase

  • For some reason my custom post types are not being sent to firebase. Does the custom post loop need to be in the functions php file for it to work?

    I figured it out, but I still need someway to sync the posts in WordPress with the firebase user. What if I used the plugins API to create a new user in WordPress when they sign up in the app? Would the API return the WordPress user id so that I can write it as a child key in the firebase users data?
