    Good morning,
    I’m currently having a little problem with the plugin. What I’m trying to do is personalize the email sent to the clients after they click the submit button. I’ve tried the custom email notifications in the advanced section of the plugin but it doesn’t work, I already tested it.

    Could you please help me out here,

    Thanks,

  • Hi,
    You need to use this structure in the Custom Email notifications in Advanced Tab. You also need to check at “Use custom email notifications” (this will overwrite your setting in the form Email notification (in the Edit Tag))

    @start
    To: (to email)
    From: Example<[email protected]>
    Subject: Subject
    @message start
    Message you want
    @message end
    @end

    If you want to use some information in your form, you need to use that shortcode [item nickname] where nickname is the one created at the right side of your label in the Form Extra Tag.

    So, you can replace (to email) by [item user_email] if your user has set an email in your email field.

    Hope this help.
