Sending collected email addresses to a third-party email address?

Hello, I’m considering this plugin for a client’s site. He wants to gather email addresses that he will most likely enter by cut-and-paste for his simple newsletters. He will be a WordPress beginner/basic user when I hand the site off to him. Would there be a way for him to get an email notification when someone adds their email address to this list?
