Hi, newsletter subscriptions are blocked due to poor delivery rate.
I have two lists: Woocommerce Customers and Newsletter.
I imported a customer list from the old site (not woocommerce) to the new one (made with woocommerce). The customers are all “unconfirmed” in the Woocommerce Customer list. This also caused new registrations to be blocked.
    I need to know:
    – How can I change customers from “unconfirmed” to “Subscribed” in the Woocommerce Customers list?
How can I resume sending confirmation emails to new subscribers to the Newsletter list?

To these two technical problems I add an administrative problem. How can I find the best paid plan to meet my needs? I currently have 2738 customers in the Woocommerce Customer list and 29 subscribers in the Newsletter list. To the Newsletter list I must also add about a thousand email addresses that we collected with Maichimp through the old site and that we want transferred to MailPoet.
I contacted your sales team via the contact form last week but they never responded.

I hope to get answer here at least for technical problems.
    Thanks

I’ve no idea but I do know that conversation is not for these forums.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Hi, thanks for the reply. What about the two technical problems?

–?How can?I resume sending confirmation emails?to new subscribers to the Newsletter list?

Do I still have to contact them on their website? I’ve already tried without success.

If you are paying them for their service, yes. You’re their customer and as I wrote (and you get, I’m just explaining for other readers) they can’t support you here.

These forums are for the plugin code hosted here support only. BUT! As their customer, they should be able to provide you with customer support there.
