    Hello!
I’ve installed your xcloner and xcloner Google drive plugins, thank you for your work!
xcloner is very comfortable in use and cool, but today i faced one problem – since setup my remote gdrive storage i can send backups just pressing “cloud” button in pages ‘manage backups’ or ‘generate backups’,
but when my backups are scheduled and performing automatically, none of them are being sent to Gdrive remote storage. All automatic backup processes are stopped with the following error:

    [2017-04-13 15:30:43] xcloner_archive.INFO: Closing the backup archive backup_site.com-2017-04-13_15-30-sql-c02df.tar with 2*512 zero bytes blocks. [] []
    [2017-04-13 15:30:43] xcloner_scheduler.INFO: File archive process FINISHED. ["CRON"] []
[2017-04-13 15:30:43] xcloner_scheduler.INFO: Transferring backup to remote storage GDRIVE ["CRON"] []
    [2017-04-13 15:30:43] xcloner_remote_storage.INFO: Creating the Google Drive remote storage connection [""] []
[2017-04-13 15:30:43] xcloner_remote_storage.ERROR: Could not initialize the Google Drive Class, please check that the xcloner-google-drive plugin is enabled... [] []
    [2017-04-13 15:30:43] xcloner_archive.INFO: Sending backup error notification to [email protected] [] []

of course, xcloner Gdrive plugin is enabled and system requirements are OK
Could you help me with this problem?

Thanks a lot, Liuta, it works!

One question – is Xcloner Gdrive compatible with Wp Super Cache ?
I took a look into log file and last three lines was this:

Those are only warnings and you can forward them to the developer of that plugin, XCloner catches all errors from the WP backend, however the errors posted above do not influence the backup process.

Thanks for your test, i will make a release today with the fix.

can you help me? Im using your plugin, which is the right procedure to restore a backup, do i have to install wordpress and use the backup already done? please help

Hi there, the process would be like this:

    1. install a fresh copy of WordPress with XCloner installed
    2. activate your Remote Storage option and point it to the same location where the backup is
    3. go to Manage Backups section and select “Change to Remote Storage” dropdown box and Select your Remote Storage option
    4. click the “Push Backup to Local Storage” button to transfer the backup to the local repository
    5. go to Restore Backups screen, click “Check Connection” and follow the on screen instructions

    Hope it helps. Ovidiu

    Hi

Please check that you have configured the correct folder ID/ root path for your google drive settings. Otherwise, you can download the backup manually and upload it on your site backups folder so XCloner can access it
