    Hi

    After an order is completed two emails are sent to a recipient: email with a gift code – this is ok, but also a second email – confirmation of completing an order.

    I think only the first email should be sent. Recipient receives a confirmation of completing an order. He should not know about that(he doesn’t pay for it).

    The plugin will send the recipient the gift card email and the purchasing customer will receive the order confirmation / complete emails.

    Most likely the recipient email didn’t make it into the order. Double-check the order and ensure that you see the “To / From / Message” fields on the order line item. If you don’t see them, return to the front end of your site and add a Gift Card product to your cart. You are supposed to see the To / From / Message fields in the cart.

    If they aren’t appearing in the cart, see if you have an AJAX Add To Cart option enabled from your theme. Some themes provide a way to disable this per-product so that you can disable it for the gift card. The standard WooCommerce add to cart process will bring in all of the fields on the form, including the To / From / Message fields.
