    Hi

After an order is completed two emails are sent to a recipient: email with a gift code – this is ok, but also a second email – confirmation of completing an order.

I think only the first email should be sent. How to prevent sending of the second email?

Thing are even worse when “Enable Downloadable feature” is selected. Recipient receives a confirmation of completing an order! He should not know about that.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plug-in,

Presently, when anyone purchase the gift card, two email were sent to it’s email i.e order confirmation email and the other of gift card template,

As we have used a woocommerce emails for the sending Giftcard the order confirmation email will be sent to the customer, when they’ll make an order.

    Thanks

But customer is different person to recipient. Recipient is the one who should only receive a gift card and customer(person who pays) can receive both or only one which is order confirmation.

    Hello @jurasjo ,

If the customer chooses downloadable delivery methods for a gift card they revived two mails-
    – Order Confirmation mail, which is sent from the WooCommerce
    – Gift Card template mail, which is by our plugin. So that you can use the gift card coupon.

    Thanks
