Sending a message brings users of my page to login page

    Hi, i couldn’t find the answer to my problem. I’m new user of WP and this page is my first. I’m using Zerif Lite template and i can’t set contact form (Pirate Form) to work properly. After hitting the “send message” button i’m being sent to login page. Why? What can i do to stop it? Emails are sent where they should so everything works good BUT i don’t want my potential clients to be thrown out from the page.
