I see the user role is also restricted. Please check the role of the user in the order and see if it matches the roles on the settings page.

Or you can change to All Roles and send the reminder again. Note: please take screenshots in the English language, I’m not familiar with the Spanish language.

I have seen that order is froma Guest User. This option does not come out to choose, because I understand that it is chosen from the option to allow guest users.

The user role option does not relate to the guest option. You can enable the option “Enable for Guests” and set “All roles” for “Enable for Roles” option.

I made that but I still getting the same error:

Error: the order does not contain any products for which feedback reminders are activated in the settings.

I have enable for all user and for all categories.
