SendinBlue SMTP Problem

  • Hello,

    I get an SMTP problem as I switched from ?Easy WP SMTP“ plugin to the SendinBlue plugin ?SendinBlue Subscribe Form And WP SMTP“.
    No problems with the ?Easy WP SMTP“.
    I deactivated and then deleted it.
    After installation of ?SendinBlue Subscribe Form And WP SMTP“ and the ?WooCommerce Sendinblue Newsletter Subscription” I get following error message from WP:

    Error description: “Error details
    ==============
    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was in line 0 of the file /var/www/virtual/balu-shop.de/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/settings/class-wc-settings-general.php caused. Error message: Can not declare class WC_Settings_General, because the name is already in use ”

    In SendinBlue woocommerce I get the error message:
    ?You cannot to use SendinBlue SMTP now because wp_mail has been declared by another process or plugin.“

    I think, that some entry in any PHP will causes this problem.
    The SendinBlue support people cannot help me and wrote I should ask in WP forum.

  • There is something very wrong at the moment with this plugin. Used forms by customers don’t get out. They try again and again. Don’t know what to do now.
