sendinBlue not using CON order ID

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner as I was on work leave last week.

Regarding your requirement, I can give you the code for fetching the custom order number from the database. But the changes will need to be added in the SendInBlue plugin only. So, I’ll recommend you contact the support team of SendInBlue plugin and ask them to check the code once in the new update.

Here is the code they will need.

$custom_order_number = $order->get_order_number(); //where $order is an order object

I tried to contact SendInBlue’s support team, but they were very unhelpful and not really willing to help.

I am hoping that you might be able to assist me in making some progress with this issue.

The new .php file is way different so do you know where do I add the code in SendInBlue to fetch the Custom Order Number?

Sorry for the delay, I was just about to message you today. I contacted to a team of SendInBlue plugin for finding a permanent solution for this but I didn’t receive solution from them.

So, I’m trying to setup Sendinblue plugin but I didn’t get any email for my order from sendinblue. So, I’ll check the setup again tomorrow and will get back to you with an update.

I just tested this on my site and I received an email for my new order through SendInBlue. The email has Custom Order Number, not WooCommerce order number – that’s correct.

Can I please request you to create the ticket on our support tool here so that we can more communicate on it?
