    Hi,
This started as a query about cURL errors, [0] cURL error 77, but I’ve now resolved that piece of the puzzle by updating the root certificate:

CentOS: $ sudo yum update ca-certificates

However, although I’m no longer getting cURL errors, and the email test from within WordPress / WP Mail SMTP Lite works okay, I’m not actually receiving any of the messages being sent. The log shows “An email request was sent to the Sendinblue API.” which presumably means everything appeared to work, but I’m wondering why I’m not seeing any messages being received.

    Thanks!

    Hi @cheddargeorge

Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Sendinblue mailer.

That certainly is strange, but there are a few troubleshooting steps you can attempt to potentially determine the issue.

In addition to the steps listed above, please try setting up a different mailer to confirm if this is a mailer-specific issue or if there is another server-specific issue interfering with your SMTP integration.

In case it helps, you can also try installing the WP Mail Logging plugin to confirm if your emails are failing outright or if an attempt to send is triggered in the first place.

    I hope this helps ??
