Hello, I have setup everything according to the “How to use” documentation for SendGrid, but when trying to choose a list under Subscription Options on the locker, the list dropdown says “empty” with an error message that says “Unable to get the lists: access forbidden.” I have even tried giving the SendGrid API Key Full Access as opposed to the limit options required, but that still didn’t resolve the issue. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix I’m missing? Thanks much!

After investigation, it was determined that this plugin is pointing at the legacy SendGrid API. If you replace contactdb/list with marketing/list for the GET function, you should be all set.

I had this problem too, where do you replace the contactb/list?

    Hi,

Thank you for pointing this issue.

We have updated the plugin to include support for the latest version of the Sendgrid API. Please update the plugin to the v.2.6.1.

The plugin will determine a version of the API it has to use automatically. Also you can specify the version manually on the page Global Settings -> Subscription Options.

Hey Paul, after installing the update, the list is once again showing as “empty.” I tried recreating the API key and manually selecting the API version, but neither seemed to resolve the issue. Can you take a look please? Thanks in advance!
