I just turned on the Click Tracking in Settings/Tracking that supposedly overwrites every link to track clicks in emails.
However, it seems that it encode the & to #038 and that breaks the link. So for link like this:
Becomes:
https://example.com/?eddfile=7858%3A2924%3A0%3A0#038;ttl=1438471916&file=0&token=bcb73ea07555253be872cf2667e1a4ab
