• Hi Team,
We have configured the Sendgrid API on our WordPress website with the help of the Post SMTP plug-in
and the emails are working well. But we could see the incorrect sender name on the mailbox
(Sandwell -). We have already verified the sender’s name and the “from” email is correct,
but the sender’s name is incorrect. We want to display the sender’s name as
“Sandwell Holiday Activities” on the mailbox.

Could you please check it and let us know where we can change these settings need
to fix this issue ASAP. You can check the screenshot here https://tinyurl.com/2ja8dusq

    It’s an amazing plug-in.
I have tried all the options like Google API, SendinBlue, SendGrid, etc. all are working well. Also, your support is excellent and got the response within 2 hours for the sender name-related issue, Thank you, guys.
