“Sender’s message failed to send”, also not in Flamingo

    Environment:
    Contact Form 7 5.6
    Flamingo 2.3
    WP Contact Slider 2.4.7 (to embed form and slide it out on page load)
    SendGrid 1.11.8 (for sending emails)
    Akismet 4.2.5
    Invisible reCaptcha 1.2.3

    We use Contact Form 7 to register attendees to an online church service every week. It works great for most people but one visitor keeps getting “Sender’s message failed to send.” I checked Flamingo, but I don’t see it there either. SendGrid has logging, but I see no failures. I tried submitting the same contact info myself today and it worked fine. And it has worked fine for this user sometimes in the past.

    According to this page https://contactform7.com/spam-filtering-with-akismet/, if Akismet is blocking, then it should show up in Flamingo, but there is no Inbound Message from her in Flamingo.

    What is my next step in diagnosing this issue? Is there a reliable SMTP logging plugin?

    Thank you for your reply. Sorry, it’s a customer site and I do not want to draw public attention to their contact form. Yes, I read your post about looking for private support in that case but I am the private support :). I was hoping for troubleshooting / logging tools or steps. If that is not available, we can try another approach, maybe embed a Google form.

    I am having the same issue since a 3-4 days.
