Senders email stripped from message

FAQ > Nothing shows up in the email, even after adding a tag to the form! How can I include a new field’s input in the email?

This used to work and now does not, I think the setup is fine .

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:

[your-message]
