    I filled out the Contact form to test it, and it was received. But when I try to reply to the message, the To: field is blank. Shouldn’t it show the sender’s email?

    Also, it shows it is coming from Umpqua Valley Audubon Society; shouldn’t it show the name of the person who filled out the form?

    I love working with Metform as far as setting it up and styling it, but I can’t get it to work properly. Huge disappointment. I’ll have to abandon it.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I think this issue happens because you haven’t configured the confirmation email to the user properly. Please follow the documentation properly. When a user fills up the form he should get a confirmation email and he also can reply to the administrator. The scenario is like that. So please check the configuration and make sure it is properly configured.
