Senders email not in from box

I have looked at the documentation but cannot find the answer.
I am using the template “general Enquiries”
When I get an email from that form (open in mac mail) the from email address is from my website admin.
So when I reply, it automatically replies to myself as site admin, not the sender. (I would have to copy and paste their email into the To: box of the reply.
How do I make a form so it automatically comes from the sender, and so when I reply it automatically goes to the sender?

EDIT: think I may have found the answer. It wasn’t in the instructions, but seemed to be in the video but not the same as what actually happens. So some trial end error and I think I have it working
