Hi, I noticed that in the email there are not {} brackets used but [] – instead of Sender name or email. (please see picture)
Is this a reason sender name did not come to the email?
I did not get this working in English either.. it just shows [sender] there too instead of the sender name.
Does this [sender] parameter need translation?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,
we use this plugin at our German page.
You must not translate words in {} brackets as this will fetch the correct data in the background. Any changes in this terms, e.g. {sender}, will break functionality.
Also there are {} brackets for sender, it’s also visible in your screenshot.
    Regards,
    Hermann

Thank you! I did not translate this, it was already there in the translation file translated with {} and also sender was translated. Thank you so much, I will modify this translation to original and test.

Ah, but you mean correct format is {sender} ? not [sender]
oh yes, German version looks like this: https://prnt.sc/131rc3c
and Finnish looks like this (without me editing): https://prnt.sc/131rab6

Oh it works now well ??
