Sender name not changing

Hi,
I’ve installed the plugin and it’s working fine: it’s sending emails. However ANY email through the website, on receipt, is saying from “Client’s Name” and not “Website Name”, e.g. John Smith not My Business. I cannot seem to change the sender’s name.
I have cleared the cache and in Post SMTP > Settings I have gone to the Message tab and checked “Prevent plugins and themes from changing this” but it makes no difference. Client Name is still the sender’s name.
Can anyone help?
