    Hi,
I am new to WP Forms and WP Mail SMTP. I am using Sendinblue as my SMTP mailer. Whenever I receive a submitted form, it shows “My Company” as the sender even though I think I set up my specific name. Maybe I set it up in the wrong place.

I set the WP Form with the correct name. Could this be overridden by Sendinblue or in WP Main SNMP?

    Any help would be appreciated.
    thanks

    Hi,
Another followup question. If I install and setup Sendinblue with these settings:
Activate email through Sendinblue set to No
Activate Marketing Automation through Sendinblue set to No

In this case, am I completely bypassing Sendinblue and would WP Mail SMTP process my Contact forms created with WPForms?

    thanks

    Hi @saz25,

Please know that the Sendinblue plugin may conflict with WP Mail SMTP. This can cause issues with email sending, so we recommend deactivating the Sendinblue plugin.

Regarding the name on the email, check to make sure the Force From Email option is checked in WP Mail SMTP. In case it helps, our guide walks through these settings:

    https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-sendinblue-mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/#setup-smtp

    I hope that helps!

    Have a great day!
