    Okay, it turns out that my recent upgrade to 3.5.9 was not the problem, the problem was a second user on our network (Pwrites) started using the plugin for the very first time.

    Then I changed the Settings –> Send With… settings from “Network’s Method” to “Your own website.” The Sender address field was once again editable, and I was able to change it to pwb@ instead of pwrites@

    I returned to version 3.5.9 after I had downgraded.

    I am not sure if the issue that I reported is the intended behavior, or if it is a bug. However, I am just glad to have a workaround.
