Sender email is incorrect

  • I just did a test run for the newsletter to myself and the email that it is coming from is my username for wordpress as opposed to the name of the website or even the email of my website.

    All my settings on wordpress and mailpoet make reference to my website or website email but it’s using a totally different email address to send from.

    How can I fix this?

  • Hi,

    Can you make sure that you’ve changed the name on the third step of the newsletter designer?

    Otherwise, you may need to contact your host. Sometimes they force this FROM name.
