Sender Email Address Validation Error

Hi there, I’ve just read through your documentation and still can’t figure out why we are getting the error “Sender email address does not belong to the site domain”.

The from field in the mail tab is: [your-name] <[your-email]>

The form itself asks for: [text* your-name default:user_display_name readonly] and [email* your-email default_user_email readonly]

This WordPress install is on a closed network with no internet access so I am unable to share the admin panel with you, but I’m hoping you’ll be able to step me through what I’ve done wrong with the above snippets. Happy to provide more info if you need it.
