    Hello+

I have set up the “From” email to be the website’s info@ email – however, I am getting the “configuration error detected” and “sender email address does not belong to the site domain” Errors…

    Note:
    1. The email is the same as the domain name and I sent a test email to that address which my client did receive and reply to – so I know that email address is working. It is not “[email protected]” or anything like that. It is “[email protected]” (with the actual domain name filled in as appropriate — I don’t know how to give you this information without everyone else seeing it on this form — Is there a way to email you privately or upload a PDF or JPG of this information?
    2. The syntax is valid
    3. There are not any names, or anything else, other than the actual email address.
    4. There is only 1 email address.

I still get the above errors. Please advise… Thanks, +ES

    Hello+

Thank you for the quick response and instructional link(s). I have reviewed those and my situation is not resolved…

The email address is the same as the domain name for the website.

I have successfully sent an email to that address from my own email system and my client has replied to that email – so that email account is set up and working correctly.

There is no typo in the email address since I copy/pasted the email typed into the CF7 “from” box into my email system to make the above test.

There is ONLY this 1 email in that “from” box as I have used the “additional headers” box to show the “reply-to” email information on the form.

It still says “sender email address does not belong to the site domain” – I am confused since the email address works in my own email system and my client gets them and responds as expected. Please provide additional guidance on what to do to resolve this issue.

    Thank you.
