    Hi!

I have set ‘From’ to an emailaddress [email protected] but the sender in mail is [email protected]. Since that user has a support-account on my own website, the sender needs to be that name, so by email-piping it gets into the ticketsystem. Is there a way to overrule what is happening and set the sender to one emailaddress.

Hope you can help. Best regards. Thanks!

    Hi, Remco!

This is commonly caused by having some other plugin on the site which overrides the from field for all emails sent. Do you have any other plugins that might be interfering with email sending?

From my experience, there are a lot of email-related plugins that mess with the “From” header on all emails. Could you try disabling other plugins and see if that fixes the issue?
