• Since yesterday the for some reason the shop has lost connection with sendcloud and returns a ‘consumer key invalid’ error. When i try to reconnect using the connect to sendcloud button in woocommerce I dont get past the second authorization screen and it displays an error instead that there’s something wrong with the connection:

    
    Unable to connect to the specified store, please check your settings.
    

    Sendcloud then gives the following error:

    It doesn’t say much but I tried reinstalling, removing the old api keys from woocommerce, and reconnecting but nothing seems to help..

    If you followed the steps explained in our help-center article and are still encountering issues with the connection, please submit a support ticket via your Sendcloud panel to ensure that our support team can take the necessary action and help you out with this asap.

    Kindly also mention your WooCommerce and Sendcloud-Plugin versions in the ticket along with a description of the steps you followed and the error you’re getting.

    Hi Jasmin,

    Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried everything according to the guide without any luck. My Woocommerce and sencloud plugin are both updated and running the latest versions. I’ve already contacted someone from the livechat but he has escalated it to the tech team. I posted it here in the hopes someone had a similar situation and perhaps knows how to fix it. We haven’t made any changes (plugin wise, theme wise etc.) and for some reason the integration stopped working.
