    Hi,

In our checkout, all customers have to agree to the terms of use where inside is written that they will be automatically registered to our e-mail list and can cancel anytime.

But mailpoet only lets me create woocommerce email campaigns if I add the single opt-in at checkout.

    How can I disable this?

    Tks!!

    Hi @raphaelschaffercarvalho,

Please note that the MailPoet plugin will send emails only to subscribers with the status “Subscribed” for the MailPoet list you’re sending to.

It also applies to WooCommerce customers. The sign-up confirmation is enforced when you’re sending with the MailPoet Sending Service, and there’s no way to disable it.

If you’re referring to old WooCommerce customers that already opted-in to your mailing list but are still listed as “Unsubscribed” or “Unconfirmed” on the MailPoet plugin, you can automatically change their status by following these instructions: Import Old Customers to the WooCommerce Customers List

Please note we recommend that just in case you can ensure you have these customers’ permission to send them marketing emails. If you’re unsure about what it means, please check this article: Why Express Consent is Important?

    Hi there @raphaelschaffercarvalho!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
