    Hi,

Is it possible to send the .csv transactions report to a custom email address? At the moment it is sent to the website administrator (Payments > transactions > download).

  • Hi,

One possibility is that you can change the email address:

How do I update my contact details such as email address or phone number in Stripe?

    Does that work for you?

    Thanks for the reply,

I read the guide at the link provided and checked the info entered in the Stripe Express account. The email address entered is correct but the .csv transactions reports are sent to the website administrator address. The website administrator address isn’t used in the Stripe Express account.

Maybe there is a string of code that I can put inside functions.php to customize the transactions report receiving email address?

    Thank you

    Hi there @realpower

From what I gather, you are looking into extending the functionality of your store by enabling select email(s) accessing the store’s transactions, found under Analytics, in the WordPress backend.

One approach is to use a combination of a custom dashboard plugin, along with one that restricts content, depending on the user.

Another way, is to go ahead with using Metorik.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know. We’re happy to help.
