Send to specific email address based on condition

    Hi all.

    is there any setting to ensure if condition meets field 1 is filled in that the email is sent to a different specified email address?

    e.g. subject “Technical Support” will trigger the form message to be sent to [email protected] whereas if I choose “Customer Care” it sends the message to [email protected] instead?

    Hi @foxhounds,

    Conditional email send option is not available in the free version, but if you are using the pro version of the plugin, you can use this type of condition to send the email conditionally. If you have the pro version and have any queries related to the plugin, please contact us on our support page.

    Dear Himanshu, thanks for your fast reply! I will buy the pro version then of course ?? But just to ensure I am on the right track.

    Based on a subject I am then able to define to which email the message generated by the form should be sent, correct?

    Yes, it will work well with the conditions. For your testing, we have a demo page of our pro plugin where you can see all the demos of our plugin. At the end, you will find a demo of the email form, where you can add your email address and check the response based on your selection.
