Send to Registered users – not finding all registered users

  • I have the exact same issue.

    When trying to use the <Mail to Subscriber> function…
    Under the <Select email address from subscribed users list:>

    If I click on each section-by-letters and add up the number of subscribers, I get a total number….but then I click on the <ALL> button and it is a completely different number.
