Send to infustion soft only after Registration

Hi,
I installed the plugin gravity form, gravity form user registration add on and Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on.
We create a registration form within gravity form and used this plugin so that users data is sent to infusion soft.
Registration add on allow us to register the user and create their account. It can also keep the user in pending list and active by the admin manually.
The users are sent to infustion soft after form is submitted. Can it be made that user are send to infusion soft only after the admin has manually approve the user from its backend? and not immediately after user fill up the form??
