send to different recipient with checkboxs

For an organization, with 6 or 7 different events, that user select with a radio-button.
What I am looking for, is to associate each radio-button with a (different)mail address (recipient).

Say, user select MUSIC and a mail will be send to the MUSIC teacher, when the user send the form.

If the user have multiple selection, a mail needs to be send to each recipient.

Can anyone know a solution for this issue.
Do I need to add another plugin for it.
