Send theme again

Hello!
I downloaded new WP theme for review and get ticket:
“I had a quick look at the theme and at this point, it does not meet with the requirements.”
I amended this theme. How can I send this theme again?
I read that if you need to upload the theme, you must change the number of version and upload the theme.
Is this text about themes that already on the www.remarpro.com?
Or is it fixing bugs in a not adopted themes too?
