    Hi,

Just set up my first email, and the test email and email All Users work fine. I have set up WP Mail SMTP and the test sends from that all work OK.

Whenever I try to send to any of the WooCommerce Lists it doesn’t send any emails. Is there a setting I’ve missed as I can’t work out why its not sending any emails?

    Many thanks

    Hi Dean,

Could you go to the Emails tab > Select the email that you sent out to your WooCommerce List > Scroll down and verify if the Send Events history logged the email you sent?

    Was the email logged?

Also, in order to have it send for a specific WooCommerce action, you do need to set it up as a send event. Did you do that? Also, something in the way you have your WooCommerce setup could be impacting this. For example, if you have it set up to accept payment at a later date for a product, maybe that is not triggering as a completed sale.

Hi, it did log the send – Copy and paste below.

I’m trying to send an email to all past purchasers, there are approx 50 past customers. They all checked out as guests, but all did supply emails. I manually change all orders to completed in Woocommerce, once item has been delivered.

    2020-04-17 16:15:48 List 0 0 0
    2020-04-17 16:17:19 List 0 0 0
    2020-04-17 16:33:03 List 0 0 0

In future I want to send emails on event but I can’t get this one to work!

Quick update – I had set up the email to send after purchase and that was delivered absolutely fine! Have changed it to a delay to + 1 week. But no success in sending the all past purchasers.

    Hi Dean,

Normally, the sync with WooCommerce only works with new orders that are placed after our plugin is installed and the send event is created. If the back orders are getting emails sent when you choose the “send after purchase” option, that’s great, but we can’t guarantee that functionality for other triggers, as that’s not how it’s currently set up to work.

    Hi There,

Installed your plugin to send an email to buyers after the purchase of one of my products, but can’t get it to work. I created an email and when I send myself a test email, it works fine so there’s no problem with email delivery (I use SMTP through Google GSuite, so it’s super reliable sender email address). But when I set up the send event as product purchased = my product and I enable it, I don’t get any emails. I also tried using sending an email x time after purchase, but again no luck.

    Hello Marcelo,

Could you let us know your outcome of our previous response?
