"SEND TEST" logs me out

Every time I click the “Send test” e-mail, I am immediately logged out and sent to wp-login.php. For some reason, I am unable to login back in from that screen unless I delete the additional URL parameters.
This is happening on most of my sites, and it is making it impossible to see the debug messages!
