Send Test Email to not working, inconsistent

1. Do you mean the Send Test Email is sent, then stop sending sometimes inconsistently? First, please install a Maillog plugin, send a test mail, and check if the email is logged. If the email appears in the log, it confirms that the email is being sent from your site. Let’s check and keep us updated.
2. Could you clarify this issue: the preview remains only in the bottom right hand corner of the srceen by screenshots?

Hi again, here’s a follow up.

Installed a Maillog plugin,. Ran some tests.

I can conform the plugin logs all test except those sent from Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce to proof email mockup.

Also preview option not working., tested on a number of Browsers
