Send Test Email Not Working

    I have mail mint pro and I’m a new user and no matter what sort of campaign, automation etc. I create, the system does not send a test email.

    I do not receive any errors and it says test email sent successfully in green.

    Yet, no such email is ever sent and I’ve tried different email addresses and still nothing.

    I need to get this resolved ASAP.

    Can you please install a Mail Log plugin (for example, WP Mail Logging) to check if Mail Mint is sending the emails?

    I just replied via email too.

    What email address did you send to that is getting a bounce?

    I don’t understand what email mail mint is even using? Is it my default wordpress email, or something else? There’s nowhere that I can find that explains this. Where is it pulling from?

    Hi @rshampine , in Mail Mint > Settings > Email Settings, you’ll see options to set up the From Email Address, Reply-to Email Address, etc.

    However, Mail Mint does not send emails directly to your users. You need to have an SMTP and an email-sending service set up on your WordPress website.
