Send Test Email Not Working!

    Seems you have yet another bug to squash, the Send Test Email button is not active (yes, there is an email address in the box next to it). Mail is working fine, as when I go to save and complete and choose to send emails for orders in the last day, they are sent just fine!

    I just checked the test email functionality on my side, and it’s working fine. I am using the current ReviewX version 1.2.9

    If you still facing the test email button issue, can you please contact our support?

    Well, it definitely is not working on my site, and to be honest I’ve found other bugs/oddities with it, so I have removed it from my site and will not use it again.

    Sorry, I have my own business to run…

    I have reported a number of issues with your plugins, and none of them haven’t been fixed.

    So, as much as I’d like to help others, I am not prepared to do bug hunting/QA/troubleshooting for you (especially unpaid), that your own QA team should have done in the first place!

    In fact, I will remove the other plugin of yours that I am currently testing and having issues with (which I have also reported to your support team)….
