Send subscriber to mail chimp form offsite

How would I send a potential subscriber offsite to a custom mailchimp form from the site using the plugin, so that when they click on the submit button they are directed to something like this https://eepurl.com/bitsyL and then once submitted are returned to the website? Thanks!
