Send submission to database & CRM

HI there

I am currently linking a website to a CRM, and am curious how I redirect the submissions to the CRM.

What happens is they supply me with a destination link that I need to use. But I also need the submissions to go to the database on our server aswell.

I’m not familiar with Contact Forms Setup, do you know where I can modify each individual form so that there are multipul destinations for each submission?

I know this would be modifying the POST, I’m just unsure where to do that.
